About the event
This program is designed to develop the child’s gross motor and social skills. Through exploration on a variety structures, children utilize the gross or large muscles of the body like those in the arms, legs and core. Gross motor skills develop over a relatively short period of time and most gross motor skills development occurs during childhood. Through movement programming, your child will develop coordination, balance, flexibility, agility and strength. Your child through this process will also increase self-esteem and self-confidence
